Our team managers recently attended a project management course with Michael D’Alessandro, P.E., PMP, BCEE. During the course, they learned that effective project management is not only about successfully delivering a single project. Rather, it is about enhancing an organization’s capability in areas such as governance, leadership, teamwork, and organizational efficiency. This was a great opportunity for our team managers to further develop their project management capabilities.
