We are pleased that our practitioners will be members of a robust community of colleagues around the globe who are providing sustainable and pragmatic solutions for our clients.

Geosyntec is a consulting and engineering firm that works with private and public sector clients to address new ventures and complex problems involving our environment, natural resources, and civil infrastructure. With a staff of more than 1,800, the company serves clients from offices in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, Sweden, Spain, and the United Arab Emirates. As a Geosyntec company, REE’s experts will have access to the support and perspective of practice-leading scientists and engineers worldwide.

Symon Jackson, FIEAust, REE’s Principal Geotechnical Engineer and Managing Director spoke about the change, “Because our people have worked for over 13 years on projects of all scales alongside renowned oil, gas, and mining companies, we understand and employ industry-leading technologies. By joining Geosyntec, we continue the tradition of adapting, innovating, and improving the suite of solutions we can offer clients.”

Peter Zeeb, Ph.D., P.G., President and CEO of Geosyntec characterized the acquisition as follows: “I am very enthused about this new addition to the Geosyntec family of companies.
