Red Earth Engineering’s decision to invest in a solar system for their Brisbane office building in Spring Hill was driven by the dual benefit of reducing our carbon footprint and offsetting energy costs.
Commissioned on Monday 4 th of May, the 27kw solar system is expected to produce more than enough energy to fully offset the office’s requirements and reduce carbon emissions by at least 44 tonnes per year. The surplus will be fed back to the electricity grid.
